Ron DiGiacomo is an expert in financial services regulation and compliance. He served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel and later the SVP of Corporate Development for USAA, as well as the Chief Compliance Officer for Consumer Banking at JP Morgan Chase. Ron was also the Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Office for Wells Fargo’s Consumer division.
Ron received a BS from the Florida State University College of Business and a JD from the Florida State University College of Law.
Jon Harris is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company. Over the past 30 years, Jon has led McKinsey’s insurance work in North America, as well as co-led McKinsey’s special initiative on managing large global organizations and the North American Financial Services Practice. Jon serves as treasurer of the Beaverkill Mountain Club and is a council member of Earthjustice. He is a CPA licensed in the state of California.
Jon holds a BA from University of California, Davis, and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Lisa Kennedy is an experienced executive and entrepreneur focused on eCommerce and digital/social media. She is currently Vice President and General Manager of eCommerce at Samsung. Lisa founded Hopscotch, an India-based daily-deal site that offers discounts on baby and children’s products. Previously, she was one of the early employees of Quidsi Inc., the parent company of Diapers.com. During her tenure, the company grew by more than 10X before it was sold to Amazon in 2010 for $545M.
Lisa has a BA from Boston University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dave Morgan is the CEO and founder of Simulmedia. He previously founded and ran both TACODA, Inc., an online advertising company that pioneered behavioral online marketing and was acquired by AOL in 2007 for $275M, and Real Media, Inc., one of the world’s first ad serving and online ad network companies and a predecessor to 24/7 Real Media (TFSM), which was later sold to WPP for $649M.
Dave is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and holds a JD from the Dickinson School of Law.
Shaiza Rizavi is a money manager and managing member at Gilder, Gagnon, Howe & Co.. Her approach to aggressive growth investing is grounded in investigative research, a mindset developed while working in the public defender service in Nashville and D.C. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Columbia Business School, she remains active at both institutions.
In addition, Shaiza is Chair of the Acumen Board and serves on the Boards of Trustees of the American Museum of Natural History, the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and Seeds of Peace. She is a member of the Economic Club of New York and the NationSwell Council.
Ted Tobiason is an expert in tech, mobility, and capital markets. He became the first CFO of last-mile mobility solutions start-up Lime in February 2019. He was previously a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and at Morgan Stanley. Ted has spent over two decades financing technology companies, including Airbnb, Solarwinds, Uber, Cruise Automation, Sofi, Chargepoint, Trulia and Twitter.
Ted is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a MBA from Columbia Business School.
